Arees started AV Construction in 2002 to support medical communities by constructing facilities on budget and on time. Over the last 20 years, AV has scaled into one of the leading players in the Southern California healthcare construction market. In 2018, Arees sold the Company to its employees by adopting an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP).
